Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or postpone the session with no charge, you must cancel or postpone on the private account or contact the tutor through other forms of communication 24 hours before the session. If you wish to cancel or postpone the session within the 24 hour limit of the session, please contact the tutor. If the tutor cannot attend a scheduled session, the tutor will give you as much notice as possible given the circumstances and the session fee will be cancelled. If you wish to change the session subject and/or type (online/in-person), please contact the tutor.
